Chief Information Officer and Business Focused Technology Leader - It's not rocket science.

Think outside of the box!

“A lot of kettles had rattled a lot of lids before James Watt one day watched this happening and grasped the potential power of steam.A lot of apples had fallen on a lot of heads before Sir Isaac Newton had his revelation about gravity. A lot of seemingly ordinary things have hidden magic. The fact that nobody else can see this cannot be a reason to assume that there is nothing there to be seen. Revisit the obvious.”

From concept to Reality!

I am recognised across industry as an innovative business and technology leader who is driven by challenge and undaunted by obstacles with more than 20 plus years’ experience in Business and Information Technology, and a career spanning various cross functional, cross industry management roles, both in the corporate and public sectors.

I have always considered myself an extremely practical and resourceful person, always adopting a practical yet creative approach to getting the job done. I firmly believe that we are not presented with problems just opportunities and each opportunity has a solution.

The hirken bug (Uniramia hirkenistitius polyphaga mytholija) is a mythical insect bug believed by many to be one of the oddest things in the universe, having brilliant metallic colours, showy patterns and striking forms, and can usually be recognised by their bright orange wings. Legend has it that the bite from a hirken bug is so poisonous as to drive men mad with terror.

Not unlike the equally mythical Babel fish, the hirken bug feeds on the unconscious mental brainwave energy of those around it. The hirken bug has the unique ability to see the hidden magic in seemingly ordinary things. This unique ability has helped this mythical creature make its way into the reams of folklore and old wives tales.
